The Transformatrix^tm is a three-dimensional model that based on the information of the Values Profile^tm and the system dynamics of an organizaton and the need that that caused the departure point of the client. In addition, the transformation themes of an individual or organization can be mapped.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are not an end in itself, but the intended result of what you as an individual, team or organization sends.
With the aid of the Transformatrix^tm you can diagnose the present situation (IST), the desired situation (SOLL), and any intermediate steps, to be established. The Transformatrix^tm enables professionals to identify which decisions need to be taken and which interventions are effective and feasible to implement in order to produce the desired result (KPIs).
